Price was competitive and I went with Argos because of the companies trustworthy name…

Argos pet insurance is an excellent product. At a low cost monthly cost. My pet developed a tumour that had to be removed by surgery. Argos pet insurance settled the bill quickly and no quibble . Unlike many insurances at a higher price I would recommend this product unreservedly

2022 had a bad experience with another insurance company for my cat,BUT Argos where brilliant with my dog claim No delay after vet submitted cost and paid into my bank cannot fault service at all and with app I was able to follow process

Argos have a very efficient online portal that allows you to track the claims process from start to finish. This includes responses from the Vet and any chasers that Argos undertake if the vet has not replied within a reasonable. Its only when you have a claim that you really know how good your pet insurance is. I am delighted with the whole process and speed of payment for quite a large claim.

Waited nearly 2 months for claim to be settled they keep making excuses that the haven't received the claim form

Absolute nightmare from start to finish. Took over 4 months for a simple claim to be sorted and paid out. Lost count of how many phone calls I made, wrong information given and just a total joke. Honestly thought the terrible service was an attempt to drop the claim and just give up.

Argos's efficiency and kindness in dealing with final vet's bills and insurance payments made the loss of a beloved pet that little bit easier to bear. Thank you.

All my claims were dealt with quickly and with no quibbling. Unfortunately my cat was put to sleep due to complications. Argos were compassionate and listened to my queries. I would highly recommend them. Top insurance company without extortionate monthly payments

This is the first time that we have made a claim, all seems to go ok we filled in the online claims form & it took about 10 days before we received a reply. We were very happy with the outcome, and are pleased we chose Argos pet insurance.

Our dog took ill whilst on holiday and required local treatment by two vets. However we needed to get him home quickly for an urgent operation by our own vet. Our dog has fully recovered now and back to normal. I submitted details of the various claims to Argos Insurance which they very quickly processed, assessed and accepted. The value of the three claims was paid immediately afterwards. They say you never know how good or bad an insurance company is until you need them well in this case Argos were absolutely first class and I would certainly recommend them for anyone considering pet insurance.

This is my first time making a claim. I've always paid for any niggling visit's to the vet. But my cat not eating and still not really eating I decided to claim 8if it was going to be serious. Well. I couldn't believe how simple and easy it was. Fill in the form and that was it. No arguments and payment was almost instantaneous. Absolutely brilliant

Quick payment however the payment was short by approx £60 (after deduction of the excess) and no explanation as to why. No telephone number to call to query… we assume the consultation fee isn’t covered but it would of been helpful to be able to confirm this and/or it be detailed in the settlement letter

Simple to make a claim and response times are excellent. Exactly what is needed when your pet us having a rough time and it's a stressful time too. Really would recommend
